Challenge
SCAND web application development team was challenged to create a web platform that would provide information about the past, on-going, and upcoming sports events as well as allow making bets online. It should support hundreds of events at the same time that will produce high load not only to the server but the client side as well.
Approach
We put together all the information the users might look for: the results of past matches, the schedule of upcoming events, statistics, betting odds and their changes in real-time. The platform we developed covers different kinds of sports: from popular football and hockey to chess and dog racing. Our solution also eliminates the need for visiting the bookmaker’s offices to make the bets.
