Vitaly Tormanov is a seasoned software architect and Head of Mobile Solutions Department at SCAND, with nearly 20 years of professional experience in software development. Before joining SCAND, he worked on applications for speech recognition and synthesis systems, gaining a strong foundation in complex software design.
At SCAND, Vitaly started with early mobile platforms like Nokia, BlackBerry, and Windows CE and later moved to Android and iOS, eventually growing into the role of architect and division head.
His expertise spans native and cross-platform mobile development (Android & iOS), and frameworks like Xamarin/.NET MAUI, React Native, Flutter, and Ionic, enabling him to deliver enterprise-grade solutions across diverse industries.
Under Vitaly’s leadership, his team designs scalable architectures, integrates backend and cloud services, manages DevOps pipelines, maintains QA standards, and applies UX/UI best practices.
He leads teams using Agile and traditional methods, coordinates app releases, and proves products follow both technical and user needs.
