Challenge
The task was to create a complete multifunctional application-book for companies and institutions that have their own training and reference materials libraries. EBook Reader contains popular scientific literature, books for studying and methodical training materials.
- The application allows attaching up to 5 stickers to each page.
- Margin notes function allows drawing directly on the page.
- Content is easy to bookmark and highlight.
- Text share function allows highlighting text and sent it via email or social networks.
- Included search functionality.
- Included night-reading mode.
- Implemented a cloud-based hosting and sharing system.
- The app interface could be changed according to the requirements of the company (logo, colors, etc.).
Result
A universal eBook reader that could be installed on any tablet run on Android.
SCAND team created the application that has been successfully used by several companies and helped managers to save money that is usually spent on purchasing paper-based educational materials. Employees, in their turn, are able to store all the necessary materials on one handy device.
