Piotr Knysh is an experienced HR professional with over 20 years in human resources management and organizational development.
Piotr began his career in HR in the early 2000s, through which he gained extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee adaptation, exit management, and compensation and benefits. He also organized internships for students, conducted training programs, and designed initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and engagement.
Since 2019, Piotr has been the HR Manager at SCAND, where he plays a key role in shaping the company’s people strategy, employee experience, and corporate culture.
He leads all aspects of HR management, from hiring and talent development to employee well-being and retention. He focuses on building a supportive, growth-oriented environment where specialists can thrive both professionally and personally. He also oversees corporate events, charity initiatives, and continuous feedback programs that help maintain a collaborative and motivated workplace.
