Alexander has 20 years of experience in software development, delivering new and innovative solutions for a myriad of global companies, ranging from small startups to large-scale enterprises. His main focus areas are web development, front-end development, and digital solutions.
Alexander has been with SCAND for almost 20 years, starting as a PHP web developer, he became one of the strongest programmers in the company and grew to the leader position of the whole web development area. He is now leading a department of 80+ developers and managing the implementation of more than 100 development projects for our customers.
As Head of the Web Development Department, Alexander promotes various initiatives on the improvement of the department’s internal processes and team collaboration. He is keen on innovation and implementation of best web development practices and he also organizes educational events for newcomers and current teams.
