Full-stack Web Developer

The platform enables corporates to be more effective and efficient in working with professional search consultants in sourcing the best highly skilled talent from across Europe.

A Full-Stack Web Developer will be part of the technology transition project run by the company and of the ongoing software development thereafter. The qualified candidate will be working directly with the international team across locations in Switzerland and Belarus.


  • work on design, implementation and delivery of new product features and releases;
  • interact with other engineers in sharing expert knowledge and coordinating work;
  • work with technology and product leadership for the roadmap of the product;
  • collaborate with product, QA and client support members on product improvements;
  • continuously improve architecture, code and tools to ensure high quality software delivery.

Your profile

  • multiyear experience in PHP development;
  • ability to work with TypeScript and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, etc.);
  • experience with LEMP/LAMP stack (Linux, PHP, PostgreSQL, Nginx);
  • good understanding of the architecture of one or more of the popular server-side web frameworks (Zend Framework, Symfony, Laravel, Yii, RoR, Django, etc.);
  • good experience with modern web front-end technologies (JS/ES6, Webpack, NPM, SCSS/LESS, etc.);
  • skilled in design and implementation of the RESTful APIs;
  • hands on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS);
  • able to provide referenceable project portfolio;
  • good communication in English.

Would be a big plus:

  • experience with Docker;
  • familiarity and experience with Elasticsearch, BI and analytics technologies;
  • experience with Node.js, GraphQL, RabbitMQ;
  • experience with Single Page Application (SPA) development;
  • experience working with Western clients.
