WebHelp is a system that helps you to create advanced help documents with
hierarchical structure and content index page. One thing that is required from you
is a simple html file containing description of your product. Then you run WebHelp
and it will generate for you all the rest!
How does it work? Very simple! WebHelp will parse your document and build a topics tree
based on hyperlinks from the document. Now you can edit this structure - rename or
delete some topics, create new topics simply by selecting some text fragment and pressing
"add" button. You also can manage hierarchy levels, move them up and down.
After all you just press "save" button and WebHelp will create required html files
together with directory structure for applets and images.
You can run it remotely from our web-site
or you may install it on your PC and use it locally.
We use our awtX set in WebHelp and some other applets (to open/save files
remotely).
