In the times of the former USSR Belarus was the biggest scientific center in the country. After the collapse of the USSR, multitude of the universities and specialists became unclaimed. Many of them got qualified in IT-area. That is why at present time the country has so many proficient software engineers. That is also the reason why our services are inexpensive - belarussian economy is still facing some difficulties, though is improving with every year.
Each of us has an advanced (master or doctor) degree in computer related areas, mathematics and physics received in the best belarussian and foreign universities. This allows us to perform work of almost any complexity.

Software Architect is a person who makes initial technical design for each new project and is in charge of solving conceptual problems that may occur during the development process. This person is also responsible for the estimation of development costs and also can write concepts or specifications.
Project Managers lead their teams and are responsible for communication with clients. The accuracy and timeliness are the targets of our concerns, so as a rule project managers are financially motivated in the successful outcome of the project they manage.
Software Developers are the people who do the work. ;-)
Graphic Artists take care of look and perception of the projects and products we develop. We are strongly convinced, that in order to develop competitive well-selling business applications, the company needs professional graphic artists, who are capable of refining functionality developed by programmers with graphic ideas.
Quality Testing is directed by a deliberately employed person with a Doctor's degree thesis on testing algorithms. We emphasize the greatest importance of quality-checks of our products especially since the moment we first initiated the development of banks' application.
